We were all up in penticton to cheer for rod and juliana for their 2nd ironman:
they both took about 40 minutes off of last years time at coeur d'alene:

Rod 11 hours 37 minutes and 8 seconds:
Juliana 13 hours 34 minutes and 12 seconds:
